My First 240sx

I feel proud to say that my first car i owned was a 240sx. I bought it at a police auction for about $ 800 bucks. I thank my homie because i was going to buy a civic at first and could had turned into a honda guy, but he said go with the 240sx. To this day i regret selling that car because it had potential in my eyes. It was a 92 black automatic hatch back with about 100k miles on it. The reason i sold it was beacuse the transmission would stick. If at the time i would of know how cheap n easy a 5 speed swap was i definitely would of kept it.

Buying the Beast

I found the 240sx as many do just searching through craigslist. My plans were to find an s13 coupe in good shape with low miles. Being from Los Angeles that's close to nearly impossible. I did end up finding one in North Hollywood for about 1,300 i think. So when i test drove it it felt good and had minor problems here and there so i end up taking it. A week later after i got all the paperwork done i decided to drive it to get it smogged and BOOM engine blew up on me. I made the biggest mistake of not checking the oil level, it was completely empty. So there sat my car for a few months till i could find a new engine.

This blog will be about my 91 nissan 240sx build. I will try to document all the progress I make with my car as long with tutorials, reviews, and car events. Hope you join me in this journey this car takes me on because I got big plans for her.
